What is Arnicare Cooling Gel?

Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cooling Gel combines the benefits of arnica with the refreshing sensation of natural grapefruit oil and menthol to cool and soothe the skin. Ideal for rubbing into aching muscles following physical exertion or to revive tired, heavy legs after being on your feet all day. Nelsons Arnicare Arnica Cooling Gel 30g is a gentle and effective topical treatment for all types of bruising.

Arnicare cooling gel targets both acute injuries and chronic injuries. For acute injuries, Arnicare reduces the inflammatory response when applied immediately after an injury has occurred. Will also assist the healing process when applied for the duration of the injury by increasing circulation to the affected area.

In the case of older or more chronic inflammation, Arnicare increases circulation and reduces inflammation in muscles and joints.

How should Arnicare Cooling Gel be used?

Simply rub onto affected areas at full strength. Requires no mixing or application device. Arnicare Cooling Gel can be easily applied to most areas. It will not disperse from the areas where it is needed and will leave no sticky or hard to remove residue.

When should Arnicare Cooling Gel be used?

Arnicare can be applied to muscles, tendons or joints whenever pain, swelling or inflammation is present without broken skin. Arnicare will assist in providing relief from over-exertion or fatigue.

There is evidence to suggest that the application of counter-irritant products like menthol and camphor assist the warm up process by stimulating circulation to the extremities, which better prepares them for exercise. By applying Arnicare prior to workout, circulation may be increased to the extremities reducing the chance of strains or injuries due to ill-prepared muscles, tendons, and joints. Arnicare should only be used prior to training workouts and use should be discontinued in accordance with the rules of competition prior to the event.

When should Arnicare Cooling Gel not be used?

Try to avoid the gel coming into contact with your eyes, and do not apply it to any broken or irritated areas of your skin. If this does happen by accident, wash it off with warm water as soon as possible.

Do I need a prescription to order Arnicare Cooling Gel?

You do not require a prescription to purchase Arnicare Cooling Gel.

Can I use Arnicare Cooling Gel if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Arnicare is perfect for pregnant women, if you are struggling with aching legs and other joints whilst pregnant, apply Arnicare to relieve these pains and carry on normal with your pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, contact your doctor or healthcare professional before using this product.

Advice & Guides

Can I take two painkillers at once?

Sometimes when you take painkillers you find that although they make your headache, backache, or whatever your aches and pains you’re trying to treat a bit better, they don’t quite do the job.

This is when you might consider picking up another painkiller to try to kick that pain to the curb. But how do you know if this is safe? Can you take more than one painkiller at once?

If you’ve ever looked into your medicine cabinet and asked yourself one of these questions then you’ve come to the right place.
