What is Dettol antiseptic liquid?

How to use this product for first aid
Before using this product, dilute the Dettol liquid in water, using the following ratios:
- To clean wounds dilute 12.5ml (2.5 teaspoons) in 250ml (half a pint) of water
- For dandruff dilute 15ml (1 tablespoon) in 500ml (1 pint) of water
- For spots and pimple dilute 15ml (1 tablespoon) in 250ml (half a pint) of water
- For personal hygiene or douching dilute 10ml (2 teaspoons) in 1 litre (2 pints) of water. Only use for this purpose if told to do so by your doctor.
When should this product not be used?
Dettol antiseptic liquid should not be used undiluted. Do not use this product if you are allergic to chloroxylenol or any of the other listed ingredients. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Do not swallow this product. Do not use on eczema or any similar skin conditions. Do not use this product around cats. If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use. If irritation persists, speak to your doctor or pharmacist right away.
How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product if the expiry date printed on the original packaging has passed. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
