What is BlueIron Liquid Iron Supplement? 

BlueIron Liquid Iron Supplement is a new variety of supplement that maximises your iron absorption without any nasty side effects such as cramping and nausea. This vegan, fast-working formula is flavoured in delicious nordic blueberry and can provide you with renewed energy, sharper concentration and natural vitality.

What is the recommended dosage?

Shake the bottle before use. This supplement can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. For children aged between 3-6, administer 2.5ml (half of a 5ml teaspoon) once a day. For children aged between 7-10, administer one 5ml teaspoon once a day. For children between the ages of 11-17 and adults, take two 5ml teaspoons per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Once opened, use this supplement within 3 months.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
