Berocca Boost contains a range of vitamins and minerals that your body needs every day, including:

- Niacin – 18mg NE
- Vitamin B6 – 2mg
- Folic Acid – 200µg
- Vitamin B12 – 1µg
- Biotin – 150µg

- Vitamin C – 60mg
- Magnesium – 100mg
- Calcium – 100mg
- Zinc – 9.5mg
How will this product help to give me a daily boost of energy?
Berocca Boost contains 35mg of caffeine and 222.22mg of guarana extract, which is the equivalent of 40mg of natural caffeine. This helps to give you a boost of energy and can help to improve your alertness and concentration as you go throughout your day. They also contain a range of B vitamins, magnesium, and zinc, which help your body to release energy from your food, helping you to feel energised.
How to take Berocca Boost
Take one Berocca Boost tablet and dissolve it in a glass of water. Drink right away, once a day. Do not swallow or chew these tablets and do not take more than the recommended daily dose. Read the patient information leaflet carefully before taking this product.
When should Berocca Boost not be used?
Berocca Boost is not suitable for use by children under the age of 18. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product contains a source of phenylalanine. Food supplements should not be used in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Berocca is not suitable for use during pregnancy. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying medical condition.
