What is Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse?

Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse is a 100% natural solution made of seawater, used to relieve nasal congestion and swelling caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis, to make you breathe better. Not only can it soothe your discomfort, but it helps to eliminate nasal viruses and allergens, such as hay fever, so your nose stays clear and comfortable.

How to use this product

Always take Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Do not use this product on a child under 6 years old.

If you are using it for a blocked nose due to a cold, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis, use it 2 to 3 times per day for a maximum of 6 times, spraying for a couple of seconds in each nostril. This spray may be used long-term for up to 2 months if you suffer from chronic rhinosinusitis and allergic rhinitis.

How does seawater relieve nasal symptoms?

This seawater solution helps to eliminate dust, allergens, pathogens, and pollutants, to effectively relieve any uncomfortable nasal symptoms associated with allergens or a cold. Additionally, it washes away thick, dried mucus stuck to the nasal walls, keeping your nose clear and enabling you to breathe easier.

What is sinusitis?

Sinusitis occurs when your sinuses (they’re the small, empty spaces located behind your cheekbones and forehead) swell, typically caused by an infection. The symptoms are similar to a cold and may include pain in your face, a blocked, runny nose, and a headache. Using a nasal cleanse such as Becocleanse can help to ease your symptoms.

Is Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse suitable for children?

Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse is suitable for children aged 6 years and over. If you’re looking for a congestion treatment for your child who is under this age, speak to their doctor or pharmacist for advice on alternative treatment options.

Is Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine. Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse is made from 100% natural seawater and is sterile and preservative-free. Therefore, it should be safe for you to use if you are struggling with cold or allergy symptoms.

When should this product not be used?

Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or use it on a child under 6 years of age.

Like all products, Becocleanse Plus Congestion Relief Nasal Cleanse may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.

For more information on potential side effects, refer to the patient information leaflet. If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
