What is Acriflex Skin Cooling Gel?

Acriflex Skin Cooling Gel is a form of treatment that works to reduce inflammation of the skin, and also cool and soothe it which aids the healing process. This gel contains ingredients including glycerin that help to restore the skin to its natural healthy state. This gel works by cooling the surface of the skin and supporting its natural healing process.


What causes skin inflammation?

Skin inflammation can be caused by several different conditions. It has various forms, which include a rash, redness, and conditions such as eczema/dermatitis, rosacea, and psoriasis. Causes of inflammation can include exposure to UV rays from sunlight, an allergy, or irritants such as soaps or detergents. Inflammation can either be short-term, known as acute inflammation, or long-term which is called chronic inflammation.


Who is this Acriflex gel suitable for?

This Acriflex gel is suitable to be used by adults and children who need relief from skin inflammation. It should not be used by anyone who is allergic to any of the ingredients contained in the gel. If you are using any other type of medication, then it is recommended that you speak to a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using.


Can someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding use this gel?

When it comes to using medication, it is recommended that anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding consults a medical professional before using any.


How should Acriflex Skin Cooling Gel be used?

To use this gel, apply it to any inflamed skin but make sure the skin is not broken before doing so. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day. Wash the hands before and after use. If symptoms persist when using, speak to a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist for advice. Do not use the gel after the expiry date. Keep it stored in a cool place below 25°C.


Are there any side effects?
