Buy Cialis Together Tablets

Cialis Together Tablets are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) which occurs when a man is unable to achieve or maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. These tablets contain tadalafil, which belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

The medication works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, which enables increased blood flow, ultimately resulting in an erection. It’s important to note that taking Cialis Together tablets alone will not produce an erection. Instead, sexual stimulation is required to activate the medication and achieve an erection.

Erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED), sometimes referred to as impotence, is a common problem that many men face, but it’s more prevalent in men over the age of 40. Thankfully, it’s usually nothing to worry about – even so, it can be distressing.

It’s defined by the inability to achieve and maintain an erection long enough to have sex. All men likely experience erection problems at some point, especially if you’ve been drinking alcohol.

However, erectile dysfunction can also be caused by a side effect of certain medicines, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and mental health conditions.

There are things you can do yourself to treat ED, like losing weight if you’re overweight, stopping smoking, exercising, eating healthily, and reducing stress and anxiety.

If these aren’t effective in resolving your erectile dysfunction, you may look to medication to help increase blood flow to the penis, like Cialis Together Tablets.

Age restrictions

Cialis Together Tablets are only suitable to be used on adult men aged 18 years and over.

Do not take Cialis Together Tablets

Cialis Together Tablets may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to tadalafil or any of the other listed ingredients.

Cialis Together Tablets contain lactose. If you have an intolerance to some sugars, tell your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist before taking this medicine. Cialis Together Tablets contain sodium, however, it contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet, that is to say essentially ‘sodium free’.

Do not take these tablets if you have any of the following:

  • If you do not have an erection problem, as this medicine will not provide any benefit to you
  • If you take any medicines called nitrates or nitric oxide donors (such as glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate for the relief of chest pain or heart failure, or nicorandil, molsidomine or sodium nitroprusside), as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure
  • If you take amyl nitrite also known as “poppers” as recreational drugs, as the combination may lead to a dangerous fall in blood pressure
  • If you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of a problem with your heart or blood vessels, such as recent heart attack (within the last 90 days) or stroke (within the last 6 months), unstable angina or severe cardiac failure
  • If you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • If you have ever had loss of vision because of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), a condition described as “stroke of the eye”
  • If you take riociguat or other medicines belonging to a group called guanylate cyclase stimulators. These medicines are used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e. high blood pressure in the lungs secondary to blood clots)
  • If you have a deformed penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease)
  • Are a woman
  • Are under 18 years of age

Talk to your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have a heart problem or think you might have a heart problem, as sexual activity can put extra strain on your heart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I drive after taking tadalafil?

Tadalafil can sometimes cause dizziness after you’ve taken it.

If this happens to you, or you experience any other side effects which could affect your ability to drive, do not attempt to drive or use tools or machinery until you are absolutely sure that you are safe to do so.

Can tadalafil be used to treat anything else?

Tadalafil tablets can be used to treat a condition called benign prostatic hyperplasia, which is common in men as they get older.

When you have this condition, it means that your prostate gets bigger as you get older, which can make it more difficult for you to pee.

Tadalafil improves blood flow in your prostate, just like it does in your penis, helping it to relax and making it easier for you to pee.

How do you take tadalafil tablets?

Take one tadalafil tablet at least 30 minutes before you plan on having sex.

This is the same no matter which dose of tadalafil you’re taking.

Is tadalafil the same as Cialis?

Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis and Cialis together.

This means that if you buy generic tadalafil tablets, they will work in the same way as Cialis products.

What dose of tadalafil will I need?

The usual starting dose of tadalafil for erectile dysfunction is 10mg a day.

This is the dose available in the over-the-counter version of Cialis.

However, a prescriber may decide that a different dose of Cialis would be more suitable for you, so don’t be surprised if you find that your dose is slightly stronger or weaker than that.

What is the difference between tadalafil and sildenafil (Viagra)?

Sildenafil is the active ingredient in the popular erectile dysfunction treatment, Viagra, and many men use it to manage their condition.

The biggest difference between sildenafil and the tadalafil in this product is that you will need to know when you’re planning on having sex when you’re taking sildenafil, as you need to take your tablet around an hour before you get down to business.

This can sometimes ruin the mood if you’re the more spontaneous type and could cause problems if you’re out and about and forget to bring a tablet with you for when the mood strikes.

On the other hand, tadalafil is taken once a day, at the same time every day, and will work to help you get an erection at any time, day or night.

However, there is one more thing to consider, and that is how you will get hold of your treatment.

Tadalafil tablets need a prescription from a medical professional before you can get them, whereas sildenafil can be bought over the counter after a quick chat with a pharmacist.

If you’re unsure which would be best for you, we recommend talking it over with your doctor, they can help to point you in the right direction.

What are the side effects of tadalafil?

Common side effects you may experience when taking tadalafil include:

  • Headaches
  • Back pain
  • Muscle aches
  • Pain in your arms or legs
  • Flushing in your face
  • Congestion (a blocked nose)
  • Indigestion

For a complete list of side effects, please refer to the patient information leaflet included with your medication.

If you experience any side effects not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

Can I drink alcohol while taking tadalafil?

You should avoid drinking alcohol while you’re taking tadalafil or have erectile dysfunction issues in general.

Alcohol can lower your blood pressure, making it more difficult for you to get an erection, which is why many men find that they suffer from ED after drinking.

Naturally, this change in your blood pressure can reduce the effect of this medication, so you can still find it difficult to become and stay erect after drinking, even while you’re taking tadalafil.

Excessive drinking can also increase the chances of you feeling dizzy when you stand up while taking these tablets.
