Buy Dulcolax Suppositories
If you’re struggling with constipation or maybe you’re required to empty the contents of your bowel before a treatment or procedure, Dulcolax Suppositories can help.
A suppository is a small, cone-shaped object that’s inserted into your back passage to encourage a bowel movement. The suppositories can help you achieve relief in as little as 10-30 minutes.
How Dulcolax Suppositories work
Dulcolax Suppositories contain bisacodyl, a stimulant laxative used to relieve constipation. It works by softening your stool and shifting your bowels to release a bowel movement.
Directions
Always use Dulcolax Suppositories exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.
Do not use this product for more than 5 consecutive days.
To use, start by removing the foil wrapping. Position yourself lying down on one side and pull your knees up towards your chest. You’ll want to keep one leg drawn up more than the other.
Using your index or middle finger, gently push the suppository as far as possible into your back passage, pointed end first. Once it’s in place, push it sideways to ensure it's touching the wall of the bowel. Lower your legs into a comfortable position, making sure that the suppository is still in place. You’ll want to keep it inside of you for at least 30 minutes.
If you’re struggling to fit the suppository, refer to the patient information leaflet provided.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Dulcolax Suppositories may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects may include:

If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
