Product is helpful for short term insomnia, you do need to take it a few hours before bed time, this helps with sleep and avoids tiredness the following day.

I’ve been using this product for awhile on and off for when I have trouble with sleep. I always find that when I’ve had one of these tablets, I have a good night sleep but I only use it when I really need to.
