I have tried lots of antihistamines but benadryl is the best in my opinion. I take one everyday as I have allergies to a variety of things. The one a day tablets actually work 24 hours.

I use this product all the time due to allergies and find it can be quite expensive in supermarkets so was very pleased with the price.
