Zapins is a popular brand of Co-Codamol, a medication used to relieve severe pain in adults. It is generally prescribed when regular painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen haven’t managed the pain. Zapain is made up of two active ingredients - 30mg of codeine and 500mg of paracetamol.

Zapain is a is made up of two active ingredients that help relieve pain. The first of these, codeine, belongs to a family of medicines called opioid analgesics.
