What is Vizulize Soothing & Refreshing Eye Wash?

Vizulize Soothing and Refreshing Eye Wash contains a gentle and effective formula that’s been specially developed to wash, soothe and refresh tired, irritated and sensitive eyes. Vizulize Soothing and Refreshing Eye Wash are pH balanced to to be gentle and kind to eyes. This product also includes an eye bath.

How to use this product

Always use Vizulize Soothing & Refreshing Eye Wash exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Ensure that your hands are clean and dry before use. Twist the bottle anti-clockwise to open. Rinse the eye bath with some eye wash before use and fill the eye bath with some eye wash until it’s about a third full.

Then, bend your head forward slightly, holding the eye bath by its base. Place the eye bath over your eye. Open your eye whilst slowly raising your head so the wash flows into it. Gently rock your head from side to side for at least 30 seconds.Tilt your head forward again and remove the eye bath, discarding any remaining eye wash. Repeat in the other eye if necessary.

What causes dry eyes?

There are lots of different reasons why you might be suffering from dry eyes - although they might be irritating, they’re usually nothing to be concerned about. You’ll be more likely to develop dry eyes if you’re over 50, wear contact lenses, spend a long time looking at screens, if you spend time in air conditioned or windy, cold dry and dusty environments; take certain medicines, and smoke or drink excessively.

When should this product not be used?

Do not use Vizulize Soothing and Refreshing Eye Wash if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.

If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
