It took 5 working days to arrive and it’s the wrong product. I requested 2 x 50 test strips TRUE RESULTS blood glucose monitor and got test strips for 2 x 50 TRUE YOURS blood glucose monitor. I’ve emailed CHEMIST 4 U 2/8 and sent a message through the website as I could get through on the phone line. I still haven’t had a response at the end of the day 10pm 6/8/18. Very disappointed!!’ I appreciate mistakes are made but no response had been made to resolve it. With a cost if £40 for useless items very upset. As I’ve hD to buy more while I wait for this to bevrrdolve. As a single disabled mother with a disabled child, money isn’t something I’ve got a lot of. Plus the stress is not good for my health, having just come out of hospital after 2 weeks. I would like this resolving ASAP.
