How to use this product
Remove the Tena Lights liner from its packaging and remove the backing paper from the sticky side of the pad. Ensuring all of the areas which need protecting are covered, press the pad into your underwear, keeping the sticky side down. When it’s time to change to a fresh liner, peel the used liner away from your underwear and throw away with your regular household waste or in a sanitary bin. Don’t try to flush these liners down the toilet.
