Directions

Before using the tampon, check that the inner and outer tubes are unlocked before insertion. To unlock, hold the grooved rings tightly and twist the inner tube slightly so it turns easily. 

To use the tampon, hold it between the index finger and the thumb. Insert the tampon inside the vagina. Once the tampon has been inserted, gently push it inside, making sure to leave the string outside of the vagina.
