Buy sildenafil online

Sildenafil is a medication that can treat erectile dysfunction, helping you to get and maintain an erection during sex. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra, which means that this medication works in the same way as the branded product, and is just as effective. If you’re looking for a way to treat your premature ejaculation and help to keep an erection, sildenafil could be the ideal treatment for you.

How sildenafil works

Sildenafil is an active ingredient which is part of a group of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It treats erectile dysfunction by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, making it easier for blood to flow to the area. This makes it easier for your penis to get the blood flow it needs to become erect and stay erect.

Directions

You should follow the dosage and any instructions given to you by your doctor when taking this product. The usual dose you’ll be given to begin with is 50mg of sildenafil, but this may be increased or reduced by your doctor depending on how you react to the medication. Take your tablet around an hour before you are planning on having sex, and swallow whole with a glass of water. You can take this product with food, but be aware that it may take longer to work if you have eaten a heavy meal. You will need to be sexually stimulated for sildenafil to work, just as you would to obtain an erection without taking this medication.

Side effects

Like all medications, sildenafil can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. Other common side effects you may experience include:

  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Facial flushing
  • Hot flush
  • Indigestion
  • Colour tinge to your vision
  • Blurred vision
  • Visual disturbance
  • Stuffy nose
  • Dizziness

For a complete list of potential side effects, please see the patient information leaflet included with your medication. If you experience these or any other side effects, stop use and speak to your doctor or pharmacist. For more information about reporting the side effects of medication, please see the MHRA’s Yellow Card Scheme.

Frequently Asked Questions

What causes erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes known as impotence, is a common problem amongst men and may be caused by age, being overweight, smoking, drinking too much alcohol, or having a medical condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease.

The inability to create or maintain an erection happens when there isn’t enough blood flowing to the penis, if the penis cannot trap blood, or when the nerve signals don’t send the signal of arousal to the penis.

Diabetes can cause nerve damage in the penis, in addition to certain cancer treatments affecting its functionality.
