What are Scholl Orthaheel Sports Insoles?

Scholl Orthaheel Sports Insoles are supportive insoles designed to be worn in your gym or sports shoes. They’re ideal for those with overpronation or flat feet, supporting your arches as well as the rest of your feet and helping you to feel more comfortable. If you find that your collapsed arches are causing pain or affecting your movement as you enjoy your favourite hobbies, these insoles can help you to feel comfortable, so you can focus on performing at your best.

What is overpronation?

Overpronation, also known as collapsed arches or flat feet, is a common condition which means that your feet and ankles roll too far inward as you move. When you have overpronation, you may notice that you experience pain while running or playing sports, as it can affect the alignment of your lower legs and cause friction, pressure, and pain as you move. Overpronation can be controlled by wearing orthotic footwear and insoles that help to support the arches of your feet.

How will these insoles help to keep my feet comfortable while I’m playing sports?

Scholl Orthaheel Sports Insoles are designed to support your feet while you’re playing sports or engaging in other activities. They fit closely to the sole of the foot, helping to reduce pronation, which may also help to align your lower limbs into a more optimum position. The close fit and supportive contours of the insole help to keep you feeling comfortable from the tips of your toes to the backs of your heels.

Will these insoles fit my shoes?

These Scholl Orthaheel Sports Insoles are size large, which means that they’ll fit men’s UK shoe sizes 9 – 10.5 and women’s UK shoe sizes 9.5 – 11. When you first get your new insoles, check the fitting guide included and follow the guidelines to trim the insoles to fit your shoes, if necessary. This product is also available in sizes small and medium.

How to use this product

Fit the Scholl Orthaheel Sports Insoles into your shoes, you can remove the existing insoles from your shoes if necessary for a good fit. If you feel any discomfort while using these insoles, remove them for 1 – 2 hours and then wear them again. Continue with this process until your insoles feel comfortable. If you experience any persisting discomfort or pain while using this product, stop use and speak to your doctor for advice.

When should I change my insoles?

For best results, you should replace your insoles with a fresh pair every 12 months or whenever the insoles show signs of wear and tear.

Can I clean these insoles?

If these insoles get dirty or need a good clean after a sports session, all you have to do is wipe them down with a warm, soapy cloth. Don’t soak these insoles, and let them dry completely before using them after cleaning.

How to store this product

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
