What are Scholl Lower Back Orthotic Insoles?
Scholl Lower Back Orthotic Insoles have been specially designed by a team of biomechanical experts to support the foot position, clinically proven to relieve pressure and stress in the lower back, easing your lower body pains. These insoles are a size small, meaning they fit a UK shoe size of 4.5 - 6.5.
How to use this product
Before use, ensure that the insoles fit your intended shoe - if necessary, remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.
For some people, these insoles can take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be needed. Wear them gradually for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult a professional for advice.
How do these insoles work?
These insoles work in three ways. The first is that they immediately help to absorb stress-inducing shock throughout the lower body, in addition to contouring to the feet to spread your weight more evenly which helps to reduce pressure. Finally, they help to stabilise the position of your foot to support your natural walking style.
When should this product not be used?
Scholl Lower Back Orthotic Insoles may be unsuitable for certain people. If you have diabetes or poor circulation you may be at risk of developing foot related complications. Please seek advice from a doctor or podiatrist before using this product.
