Buy Rennie Dual Action - Mint Flavoured Chewable Tablets

Rennie Dual Action Tablets are chewable tablets that provide relief from acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn.

The tablets are an alginic acid that forms a protective barrier inside the stomach, stopping acid escaping upwards; this soothes the burning pain in your chest. The calcium carbonate and magnesium in the tablets provide a fast neutralisation of excess acid within your stomach.

Directions

Always take Rennie Dual Action Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. 2 tablets should be chewed, preferably an hour after eating and again, two more before bed time.

For extreme heartburn, 2 more tablets can be taken in-between meal times. Do not take more than 12 tablets within 24 hours.

Warnings

Rennie Dual Action Tablets may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have any of the following:

  • If you have severe kidney disease or suffer from kidney stones.
  • If you have high calcium or low phosphate levels in the blood.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have diabetes mellitus, due to the sucrose and glucose in the tablets.

You should also talk to your doctor if you have been told you have an intolerance to some sugars. Glucose and sucrose can be harmful to your teeth.
