How to use Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain Heat Packs
Open sachet by hand and remove heat patch. Peel away paper strip and stick patch to clothing or underwear positioned over painful area. Do not apply heat pack directly to skin, pack can cause burns even at lower temperatures. The heat patch will activate within 1 minute of contact with air, heating up within 5 minutes, so do not open sachet before you are ready to use your Cura-Heat heat pack. Do not use Cura-Heat heat pack over same area for more than 12 hours a day, if you become uncomfortable while using this product remove it immediately. Allow air to circulate over the patch, do not apply extra pressure by wearing tight clothing over the patch or lying or sitting on top of your heat pack. Do not wear Cura-Heat heat pack while sleeping.
When should Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder Pain Heat Packs not be used?
Cura-Heat Heat Packs are not suitable for use on children under the age of 12. Do not use this product at the same time as other creams, rubs, lotions, or sprays that are applied to the skin or with other heat sources. Do not apply heat packs over broken, bruised, reddened, inflamed, or irritated skin. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed components. Cura-Heat Heat Packs are not suitable for those who are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers. Do not use on thin or delicate fabrics, adhesive may cause damage and skin could be directly exposed to heat through thin fabric. Do not cut, fold, or tear the heat patch and do not get into contact with liquids. Do not attempt to microwave heat patch to reheat.
