My Expert Midwife Spritz for Bits Perineal Spray is midwife developed and contains 97% naturally derived ingredients that provides instant relief for perineal soreness, bruising and swelling after childbirth, even if you don’t have a tear or episiotomy. This mum-approved, multi-award winning Spritz for Bits contains natural essential oils which can soothe discomfort in the perineum after childbirth - a hospital bag essential!

How to use this product

This product can be used anytime from birth onwards. For external use only. To use, spray directly onto the perineal area or spray onto a tissue and wipe the perineal area, or spray onto a clean maternity pad. Reapply as and when needed. Additionally, Spritz for Bits can be used on C-section scars, but not on an open wound.

Can this product be used during pregnancy?

Yes, My Expert Midwife Spritz for Bits Perineal Spray is suitable to be used during pregnancy, too. It’s able to soothe a wide range of ailments, such as: if you have piles that are causing discomfort, for swelling or discomfort around the vulval area, to help calm the itching and discomfort of thrush (after seeking assessment/treatment from your midwife, GP or pharmacist) and other irritations such as cystitis or post coital discomfort.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
