What is Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Tablets Raspberry Flavour? 

Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Tablets Raspberry Flavour Tablets are the convenient solution to helping your body digest lactose, an ingredient present in milk and dairy foods. These tablets contain lactase enzymes to improve the digestion of lactose, enabling you to eat your favourite dairy foods without worrying about stomach upset. Each tablet contains lactase 3000 ALU and is free from artificial flavours, gluten and yeast, in addition to being suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

 

What is the recommended dosage?

Always take Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Take two tablets with the first bite of any meal containing dairy food. You may adjust the number of tablets to suit your own requirements, but don’t take any more than six tablets with any one meal.

 

What is lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance is a common problem that means your body is unable to digest lactose, a type of sugar found in milk and dairy products. It presents symptoms like diarrhoea, flatulence, bloating and stomach cramps.
