What is Nicorette Icy White Gum?

Nicorette Icy White Gum is a type of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) that’s used to help you beat cravings and stop smoking. This refreshing, minty, sugar-free gum contains a small amount of nicotine to slowly wean you off of cigarettes without suffering the nasty, uncomfortable side effects. Nicorette Gum is handy to slip into your bag or desk draw so it’s always there to help you tackle those nagging cravings.

How to use this product

Take a single piece of gum and place in the mouth; chew until the taste disappears, which should take around 30 minutes. Do not use more than 15 pieces of gum per day. This gum contains 2mg of nicotine and is suitable if you smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day. If you smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day, choose a Nicorette Gum with 4mg of nicotine.

What happens when you stop smoking?

Quitting smoking comes with a whole range of health benefits, but did you know you can start reaping these benefits as soon as 20 minutes after your last cigarette? 20 minutes after you quit smoking, your blood pressure and pulse start to return to healthier levels.

8 hours after quitting, your carbon monoxide levels return to a healthier level, too, and after just 24 hours your risk of a heart attack will have decreased. Eventually, you’ll be able to breathe more easily, have more energy, feel less stressed, have whiter teeth and enjoy a longer life expectancy.

When should this product not be used?

This product contains nicotine; only use Nicorette Gum if you’re trying to stop smoking. Do not take this gum if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.

Storage information
