What is Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack?

Kool ‘N’ Soothe ice pack is a ready to use cooling pack and intense cooling relief for up to 60 minutes, simple squeeze the activating sachet within in the pack and cooling relief is delivered instantly, to reduce any muscle pain etc.

The product is mess free, portable and indispensable for whenever you need cooling relief.


How should Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack be used?

There is a liquid sachet contained within the cooling pack. Locate inner liquid sachet and squeeze firmly to rupture. Shake to mix contents until cold

For strains, sprains, bumps, bruises and muscular back pain, ideally apply within 5 minutes of injury for 20-30 minutes and repeat as required with a fresh pack every 2-3 hour whilst awake for the next 24-48 hours. Allow skin to return to normal temperature between treatments.

When should Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack be used?

Kool ‘N’ Soothe is a mess free, portable and is indispensable for whenever you need cooling relief. Use this product if you experience any of the following:

- Strains, sprains, bumps and bruises

- Headaches and migraines

- High temperatures and fevers

- Muscular back pains

- Insect bites and stings


When should Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack not be used?

Do not use this product on an open wound, as it may cause pain. If misused, the cooling pack can cause frostbite, if you think you may have frostbite, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.


Do I need a prescription to order Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack?

You do not require a prescription to purchase the Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack.


Can I use Kool ‘N’ Soothe Ice Pack if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

You are absolutely fine using this product if pregnant or breastfeeding, however, if you are breastfeeding, do not use this product right before you feed your baby. The cooling sensation may affect the baby. If using on the chest, wipe after use and wait till the skin has warmed up again.


Warnings:

Avoid any contact with eyes or mucous membranes. Do not apply to broken skin.
