What are Hashmats Hair, Skin and Nail Vitamins?

Hashmats Hair, Skin and Nail Vitamins are 100% HMC halal-certified, in addition to being completely free from nuts, alcohol, pork and any artificial flavours or preservatives, so you can take this little capsule of goodness with confidence. They’re formulated with all of the nutrients essential to maintaining your hair, skin and nail health - like biotin, zinc and amino acids - that help to feed your skin from the inside out and boost your collagen formation.

What is HMC halal?

HMC stands for the Halal Monitoring Committee, which is a non-profit organization that certifies halal products to ensure they comply with the Islamic dietary law, in addition to the UK laws for food production.

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one capsule per day for those over the age of 16. They are to be swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What are the benefits of taking a multivitamin?

A multivitamin is an ideal solution if you’re unsure what nutrients your body needs as they contain different types of vitamins in one capsule. Although supplements should never be used in place of a healthy, balanced diet, they can support you if you’ve realised you’re lacking in certain nutrients and you’re working on making positive changes to your diet.

When should this product not be used?

Hashmats Hair, Skin and Nail Vitamin will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects?

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking this supplement. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately.

If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
