What is HMC halal?
HMC stands for the Halal Monitoring Committee, which is a non-profit organization that certifies halal products to ensure they comply with the Islamic dietary law, in addition to the UK laws for food production.
What is the recommended dosage?
The recommended dosage is one capsule per day for those over the age of 16. They are to be swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal.
