What is Gengigel Gel Teen?
Gengigel Gel Teen is a soothing treatment for mouth ulcers, sores, or lesions in teenagers. It’s perfect for teens with braces or those who are suffering from uncomfortable mouth ulcers. This product is bubblegum flavoured and alcohol-free, making it ideal for teenagers who may not be able to use similar products designed for adults.
How will the sodium hyaluronate in Gengigel Gel Teen soothe sore or inflamed gums?
Sodium hyaluronate is the active ingredient in Gengigel Gel Teen, and it can help to soothe inflamed gums. It penetrates deep into your sore gums, soothing the irritated area and helping it to heal more quickly. Just apply to traumatised gums with a clean finger to feel more comfortable, fast.
Why does my teen get lesions in their mouth?
Teenagers can be particularly vulnerable to mouth lesions for a few reasons. For starters, teenagers often need to wear braces, which can irritate the gums when they aren’t fitted properly, causing damage. Another common cause of lesions can be gingivitis, which can cause swollen, irritated gums that can bleed when you brush your teeth. Gingivitis can happen when your body is going through hormonal changes, such as those that happen during puberty.
Why do teenagers get more mouth ulcers than usual?
Mouth ulcers are sores that appear on the inside of your mouth or on your gums or tongue. They happen to everyone and they’re usually harmless and clear up within a week or two. There are lots of reasons why a teenager may get mouth ulcers, but one of the most common causes of mouth ulcers is hormonal changes, which makes teens particularly prone to experiencing them as they go through puberty.
