My go to for blocked and stuffed nose. Works quite quickly and truly opens up my nose for very long time. Have tried so many different nasal sprays in the past. Most don't even do anything for me and if they clear my nose at all it's usually for just an hour or so. With Vicks Micromist I only have to spray maybe 3 times in 24 hours
