How to take Spatone Apple
For adults and children over the age of 2, take one Spatone Apple sachet every day. If you are a pregnant woman, take two sachets every day. Drink the liquid straight from the sachet. For best results, take on an empty stomach and leave a 30 – 45-minute gap between taking this product and eating or drinking.
When should Spatone Apple not be used?
Spatone Apple is not suitable for use by children under the age of 2. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a replacement for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Can I take too much iron?
Taking too much iron can be fatal, especially in young children, which is why it’s so important to be sure that you don’t take too much iron in one day. If you take high doses of iron (over 20mg) then you can experience side effects including:
