Seven Seas JointCare Active Omega-3 - 30 Capsules are a supplement that have been formulated especially for anyone who leads an active lifestyle. 

The capsules are designed to support your cartilage, bones, muscles and connective tissue.

Directions

Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.

Vitamins and minerals

Amount per 2 capsules: 

Vitamin D: 10ug
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. 

Vitamin C: 60mg 

Vitamin C can stimulate the production of collagen and proteoglycan. It can also protect against the breakdown of cartilage.

Zinc: 4mg

Zinc is important for tissue growth and repair. It boosts your immune system and reduces inflammation.

Manganese: 1mg 

Manganese is essential for bone development and maintenance. 

Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl: 660mg
Glucosamine sulphate helps to form cartilage. It may also protect joint tissue by preventing the breakdown of cartilage. Glucosamine sulphate has the potential to decrease joint stiffness and increase joint mobility and fluidity. 

Fish oil: 614mg 

Providing omega-3 nutrients: 368mg 

Of which EPA: 184mg 

EPA contributes to the normal function of the heart. It also has the ability to provide you with effects that may reduce pain and swelling.

Of which DHA: 122mg 

DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart and the maintenance of normal brain function. It also supports the maintenance of normal vision.

Chondroitin sulphate:27mg
Chondroitin sulphate helps to draw fluid into your cartilage. It can also protect your existing cartilage from premature degeneration.
