What are Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts?

Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts are orthotic shoe inserts that help to stabilise your heels and ankle, reducing pain in your heels, knees, and legs. Ideal for those who suffer from pain in their feet and legs caused by overpronation, plantar fasciitis, or heel spurs. Fits men’s shoe sizes 5 – 6.5 and women’s sizes 5.5 – 7.

What causes heel pain?

There are several conditions that can cause pain in your heels and legs, one of the most common being plantar fasciitis. This is a condition where your first steps of the day are very painful, and you may struggle to lift your toes from the floor. You could also suffer from Achilles tendonitis, which causes tenderness at the back of the heel, stretching along your Achilles tendon.

How will these inserts help to relieve my heel pain?

Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts help to support the heel and arch of your foot, reducing the pressure in the area. They support your foot, helping it to maintain a natural and aligned position, which helps to ease Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. They also help to reduce overpronation, which is what happens when your foot rolls inward too much while walking or running, helping to relieve stress on your feet, legs, and lower back.

Can I trim these inserts to fit my shoes?

You can trim Scholl Orthaheel shoe inserts so they will fit your shoes perfectly. Each pair of inserts includes a size guide, which you can use to trim your inserts to the right size. Otherwise, you can use your shoe’s existing insert as a template and cut the inserts to size.

How to use Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts

Before using Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts, check the size guide included and trim shoe inserts to size if needed. Remove your existing show inserts and replace them with your Scholl inserts. Place these inserts into your shoes following the instructions provided, making sure the correct side is face down.

How often should I change my shoe inserts?

Replace Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts every six months or whenever inserts begin to show wear and tear.

Can I clean these shoe inserts?

If you want to clean your shoe inserts you absolutely can. Simply remove the inserts, take a warm, soapy cloth and wipe the inserts down without soaking them. Make sure the inserts are fully dry before putting them back into your shoes.

When should Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts not be used?

Do not use Scholl Orthaheel Regular shoe inserts if you are allergic to any of the listed components. If you are diabetic or suffer from circulatory problems, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using shoe inserts or any other kind of foot care products.
