What is Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid?

Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid is a liquid supplement designed for pregnant mothers and those who are trying to get pregnant. It contains 18 important vitamins and minerals which will help to support you throughout your pregnancy. As this product is an orange flavoured liquid, it is ideal for those who struggle to swallow tablets. Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid is:

  • Gluten free.
  • Suitable for vegetarians.
  • Lactose free.
  • Free from artificial colours.
  • Free from salt, yeast, or gelatine.
  • Not tested on animals.

 

Which vitamins are important for pregnant mothers?

The UK Department of Health recommends that all women planning to have a baby should begin to take a 400mcg folic acid and 100mcg of vitamin D as soon as you begin trying to conceive until the 12th week of your pregnancy. These vitamins and minerals help to encourage the development of a healthy foetus.

 

How will Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid help me to get the vitamins I need during pregnancy?

Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid contains the exact amounts of folic acid and vitamin D recommended by the UK Health Board during pregnancy. It also contains vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and zinc, which can all help to support you throughout your pregnancy.

 

How to take Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid.

Take Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid before and during your pregnancy, you can begin taking this product at any time during your pregnancy. Take 2 x 5ml spoonfuls of Pregnacare liquid every day. Do not take more than 10ml a day. Take this medication with or after a meal.

 

When should Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid not be used?

Do not take Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid on an empty stomach. Do not take Vitabiotics Pregnacare Liquid if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. This product is not suitable for those who are taking blood thinning medication (oral anticoagulants). Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you:

  • Are under medical supervision
  • Have epilepsy.
  • Have a thyroid condition.
  • Have haemochromatosis.
  • Suffer with food allergies.
