What is the Pregnacare Conception?

Pregnacare Conception tablets are a daily supplement designed to support you when you’re trying to become pregnant. They contain a range of vitamins and minerals and are specially formulated by the UK's Number 1 pregnancy supplement brand to support a healthy conception. They’re vegetarian-friendly and do not contain gelatine, yeast, or artificial colours or preservatives.

How will these supplements support me while I’m trying for a baby?

Pregnacare Conception tablets contain 400µg of folic acid, which is recommended by the NHS for those who are trying to get pregnant as well as in the first 12 months of pregnancy. Folic acid helps to support the healthy development of your baby’s spine, reducing the risk of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida. They also contain zinc, which helps to support normal fertility, and Vitamin B6 which helps to contribute to the regulation of your hormonal activity.

Which vitamins and minerals are in these supplements?

  • Vitamin D – 15µg
  • Vitamin E – 4mg α-TE

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) – 8mg
  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – 5mg
