What is Oilatum Junior Cream?

Oilatum Junior Cream is a soothing cream which helps to relieve dry, sensitive skin and symptoms of eczema. Specially formulated to be ideal for children and babies’ sensitive skin, Oilatum Junior Cream helps to soothe itching while rehydrating and softening the skin.

What is eczema?

Eczema is a common skin condition which is more common in children than in adults. Eczema makes your skin become dry, itchy, sore and red. In some cases, skin may crack and become very inflamed. Eczema often develops on the hands, elbows, knees, face and scalp, but can develop on any part of the body.

How does Oilatum Junior Cream relieve eczema and dry skin?

Oilatum Junior Cream forms a film over the affected skin, providing moisture and rehydrating the sore, dry skin. It helps to relieve itching, meaning your little one will want to scratch the affected area less, allowing it to heal naturally.

How to use Oilatum Junior Cream.

Apply Oilatum Junior Cream to the area of skin affected by eczema, dermatitis or other dry skin condition. Use as often as required, or as directed by your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist. This product is particularly effective when applied immediately after washing, as this counteracts the loss of essential oils from the skin.

When should Oilatum Junior Cream not be used?

Do not use Oilatum Junior Cream if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If you are an adult and wish to use this product while breastfeeding, make sure to wash all traces of product before feeding your infant.

If you or your child experience any side effects while using Oilatum Junior Cream, stop using this product and contact your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist right away.

Oilatum Junior Cream - 500ml Reviews

Use this for my preschooler's eczema. I would definitely recommend it, and while it doesn't cure a big flare-up (the only thing that works for that is a prescription steroid), using this daily massively reduces the likelihood of one, and reduces his reliance on steroids (which are best avoided if you can!).
