Nicorette Cools Icy Mint 2mg - 80 Lozenges contain nicotine. When you take this product, the nicotine is released and passes into your body through your mouth's lining. 

The nicotine that is released is sufficient enough to relieve withdrawal symptoms.

 

Directions

Always take Nicorette Cools Icy Mint 2mg Nicotine - 80 Lozenges exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. 

Place the lozenge in the mouth and allow it to slowly dissolve. Do not chew the lozenge. 

You should take the lozenge when needed to relieve cravings. Do not take more than 15 lozenges in a day.

 

Side effects

Nicorette Cools Icy Mint 2mg Nicotine - 80 Lozenges may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include: 

 

  • Headaches
  • Coughing 
  • Nausea 
  • Throat irritation 
  • Hiccups 
  • Sore mouth or throat

Nicorette Cools Icy Mint 2mg Nicotine - 80 Lozenges may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. It is not advised to take this product if you are a non-smoker or have never smoked.

Using/taking other medicines

Age restrictions 

Children under 12 should not take this product. Children are more susceptible to the effects of nicotine meaning it could increase the risk of severe toxicity. This can be fatal.

 

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

If you are pregnant it is best to give up without the use of a nicotine replacement. Stopping completely is the best option.  If you can’t stop smoking completely then nicotine replacement therapy is safer than smoking. You should speak to your GP or pharmacist for advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist for advice before consuming any new product. 

 

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not consume after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
