What is Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash?

Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash is a daily mouthwash which helps to keep your teeth clean without using alcohol as an ingredient. It offers all of the cleaning power of an alcohol-based mouthwash with less of the intensity, keeping your entire mouth clean and fresh.

 

How can plaque damage your teeth?

Plaque is a sticky, colourless substance that builds up on your teeth during the day. When left without cleaning, plaque acids can damage your teeth, causing tooth decay. This can leave you suffering with toothache, sensitive teeth, and bad breath, amongst other symptoms.

 

How will this mouthwash help to keep my teeth clean?

Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash is designed to kill germs that lurk between your teeth and along your gumline, killing more germs than brushing alone. It also contains fluoride, which helps to make your teeth stronger, preventing cavities or tooth decay.

 

How to use Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash

Use 20ml of Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash to rinse your mouth, for around 30 seconds. Do this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, using your mouthwash after brushing your teeth for best results. Do not dilute this mouthwash and spit out after use, do not swallow.

 

When should Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash not be used?

Do not use Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If you experience any irritation while using this product, stop use straight away. If irritation continues, seek advice from your doctor, dentist, or Chemist 4 U pharmacist immediately. Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash is not suitable for use by children under the age of 6. Consult your dentist before using this product if you are taking fluoride supplements.
