Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules contain a range of vitamins and minerals to support your teenager. These include the following in every 2 capsules:
- Fish oil – 800mg
- Providing Omega-3 nutrients – 480mg
- Of which DHA – 336mg
- Of which EPA – 48mg
- Vitamin A - 400µg RE
- Vitamin D - 5µg
- Vitamin E – 3mg a-TE
- Vitamin C – 60mg
How will this product support a growing teen?
Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules contain Omega-3 DHA which helps to contribute to normal brain function. They also contain Vitamin A which supports normal vision, Vitamin C to support the immune system, and Vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress.
How to take Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules
Take 2 Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules every day. Chew the capsules to burst them and release the fruity flavoured centre. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules not be used?
Haliborange Teensense Omega 3 capsules are not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to fish or any of the other listed ingredients.
