What are Compeed Blister Plasters?

Compeed Underfoot Blister Plasters are specially designed plasters which help to relieve the pain of blisters while allowing your skin to heal. They have a unique shape which helps them fit to the underside of your foot, providing relief from discomfort which can last for days at a time.

What are blisters?

Blisters are a small pocket of fluid which form in your skin and they can be caused by a number of different things. One of the most common causes is friction, for example from wearing a shoe that doesn’t fit properly, but they can also be caused by burns, freezing, or infections. Although you may be tempted to pop your blister, you should avoid doing so and let it heal naturally.

How will Compeed Blister Plasters relieve blisters under my foot?

Compeed Blister Plasters uses an active gel which contains moisture absorbing particles, helping to support the natural moisture balance of your skin while it heals from a blister. They help to relieve the pain that underfoot blisters can cause when you walk by providing a cushioning layer which helps to protect your skin from irritation and rubbing.

How to use Compeed Underfoot Blister Plasters.

Before using Compeed Underfoot Blister Plasters make sure your skin is clean and dry and that the area around the blister is free from creams or oils. Remove the top and bottom paper from the blister plaster, making sure not to touch the adhesive side. Apply the plaster firmly over your blister, ensuring the edges of the plaster are smoothed down well. Leave the blister plaster in place until it starts to detach, which could be as long as a few days. To remove, stretch the Compeed Underfoot Blister Plaster along the skin instead of pulling upwards.

When should Compeed Blister Plasters not be used?

If you have diabetes, consult your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using Compeed Blister Plasters or any other foot care product. Do not use Compeed Blister Plasters if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
