What is Bronchostop Cough Syrup?

Bronchostop Cough Syrup is a herbal remedy for dry or chesty coughs, based on traditional use. It’s perfect for adults and children over 12 who are looking for a natural way to ease their cough, especially if you’re unsure what type of cough you have. Whether you have a dry, tickly cough or a chesty, mucus cough, Bronchostop could be the ideal herbal remedy for you and your family.

Why do I have a cough?

There are lots of reasons why you may have a cough, it’s a symptom of many common illnesses such as colds, acid reflux, bronchitis, and hay fever or other allergies. A cough usually isn’t anything to worry about and will clear up by itself within a couple of weeks. Cough syrups can help to ease your cough by soothing your throat, helping you to cough less until it’s cleared up altogether.

How will Bronchostop Syrup help to ease my cough?

Bronchostop Syrup contains two herbal ingredients which work together to ease coughs, based on traditional use. The first of these natural ingredients is marshmallow root, which is thought to soothe a cough by coating your throat, which may ease irritation in the area. The second of these herbal ingredients is thyme, which may help to reduce inflammation in your throat, helping to reduce your cough.

Is Bronchostop Cough Syrup suitable for kids?

Bronchostop Cough Syrup should not be taken by kids under the age of 12. If you’re looking for a natural way to ease your child’s cough, why not try Bronchostop Junior? This cough medicine can be taken by children aged 1 - 12 and has a delicious strawberry flavour that’s perfect for even the fussiest kids.

Can I take this product if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

You should not take Bronchostop Cough Syrup if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. If you’re suffering from an annoying cough during these times ask your doctor or pharmacist to recommend a more suitable treatment for you.
