How to use this product

It’s recommended to use 2 patches per day. Wear the first patch for 6-8 hours during the day before replacing it with a second patch for a further 6-8 hours during sleep. You will immediately feel a cooling sensation. This is normal and should last for around 2-4 hours, while the soothing effect will last for much longer. These patches should ideally be used for six months, although initial improvements in sperm quality may be seen after three months.
