Always take Babystart FertilMan Vitamin Supplement for Men exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. Take one tablet per day after a meal. Swallow with a glass of water. You can take FertilMan at any time while trying to conceive, but for optimal use, take at least 3 months prior to trying to conceive.

What vitamins & minerals are included in Babystart FertilMan Vitamin Supplement for Men?

Babystart FertilMan Vitamin Supplement for Men contains 16 vitamins, nutrients and minerals to support men on their fertility journey and to achieve healthy sperm. Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, fertility and reproduction through its involvement in enabling biochemical processes to work more efficiently in the body.

Energy coenzyme- Q10 is biochemically involved in the production of ATP in body cells. ATP is the fuel for all cellular activity, but these levels decline as we age. Maintaining a healthy CoQ10 intake helps to offset that decline. B vitamins are also essential to support a normal, energy yielding metabolism, in addition to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D3 contributes to healthy bones, as well as being necessary for the body to absorb calcium. Large portions of the general population tend to have low levels of Vitamin D, particularly in the winter which is why Babystart FertilMan Vitamin Supplement for Men provides the UK recommended amount. Vitamins B, C, D, and iron, zinc and selenium all support the normal functioning of the immune system, while iron and zinc support normal cognitive function.
