What is Aveeno Baby Daily Care Baby Gentle Wash?

This Aveeno Baby Care Gentle Wash is a wash that has been formulated for the skin of a new-born baby. This wash will soften and moisturise the skin, leaving it healthy. This contains natural ingredients such as colloidal oatmeal. It does not contain any parabens, dyes, soaps, or alcohol. This wash has been tested by paediatricians.

What can cause dry skin in babies?

Dry skin in babies can be natural, especially when they have just been born. This is because the skin can change a lot within the first few weeks. This often causes flakiness in the skin and it is caused by fluids on the skin. Other conditions that can cause dry skin include eczema and ichthyosis. Long bath times and a lack of moisturising on the skin can also cause it to dry out.

Who is this Aveeno Baby Wash suitable for?

This Aveeno Baby Wash is suitable to be used by babies, including new-born babies. It should not be used if your baby is allergic to any of the ingredients contained in the wash. If you are using any medical treatment for a skin condition, then it is recommended that you consult a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using.

How should Aveeno Baby Daily Care Baby Gentle Wash be used?

This wash should be used when it is needed. Before using, shake the bottle. Apply the wash onto wet skin and massage it into the skin. Rinse the skin after using.

Are there any potential side effects?

Any side effect that could occur as a result of using this Aveeno Baby Gentle Wash will most likely be caused by an allergic reaction. Though, if you notice any side effect, stop using and speak to a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist as soon as possible.
