How to use Always Night Pads
Remove the paper from the back of your Always Night Pad and press into your underwear, as you would a panty liner or other sanitary pad. When you’re ready to change your pad, peel it away from the fabric and dispose of with regular household waste. Do not attempt to flush pad down the toilet.
