Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains, lumbago and fibrositis

Over 14 years: Apply a thin layer (0.5-1.5") of gel over the affected area and massage gently. Repeat as necessary up to a maximum of 3 times a day
