Bio-Oil contains the ingredients PurCellin Oil, Calendula, Lavender and Rosemary oils, and Chamomile extract, along with vitamins A and E. Bio-Oil doesn't contain any preservatives and is suitable for all skin types.

Bio-oil has several uses but is widely renowned for use in scar reduction and to prevent stretch marks.

Bio-Oil helps reduce the appearance of both new and old scars, whether they are caused by accidents, burns, and surgery or are the result of conditions such as chickenpox, acne or shingles.

Bio-Oil helps reduce the appearance of existing stretch marks but Bio-Oil also helps prevent stretch marks during periods of rapid change in body size such as pregnancy, adolescence and sudden weight loss/gain.

Bio-Oil can also be effective for reducing some of the discomfort associated with scarring including tight, dry and flaky skin.

Bio-oil can help to reduce pigmentation marks and blemishes, and helps to promote even skin tone.

Apply Bio-Oil twice daily for a minimum of three months. During pregnancy apply twice daily from the first trimester of birth.

Bio-Oil contains the following: Tocopheryl Acetate, Triiaononanoin, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Bisabolol, Retinyl Palmitate, Anthemis Nobilis Oil, Glycine Soja Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis Oil, Calendula Officinalis Extract, Paraffinum Liquidum, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Linalool, BHT, Parfum, Isopropyl Myristate, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Salicylate, Eugenol, Citronellol, Coumarin, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxyldehyde, Limonene, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Cl 26100.

For external use only.

Not to be used for perineal massage either before or after childbirth.
